Job Summary
As a Sitework Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in our success by accurately assessing project costs, ensuring competitive bids, and contributing to the growth of our company. Your extensive experience in earthwork and utility estimating, coupled with proficiency in industry-standard software tools, will be instrumental in achieving our goals.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate estimates for site work and utility projects.
- Analyze project specifications and drawings.
- Evaluate subcontractor quotes and material costs.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful bid submissions.
- Continuously improve estimating processes.
- Foster relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Provide guidance to junior estimators.
Qualifications:
- Experience in earthwork estimating and utility estimating
- Proficiency in HCSS HeavyBid or Bid2Win software
- Proficiency in Trimble Business Center
- Proven ability to develop precise and competitive estimates
- Strong analytical skills to assess project requirements and costs
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Detail-oriented and results-driven mindset
- A passion for contributing to high-quality project

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
