Clinical Healthcare Coordinator opportunity in beautiful Hamilton, Montana!!
Bitterroot Health is seeking candidates to fill a Clinical Healthcare Coordinator position in our Medical Clinics. This position will play a key role in helping patients and providers to maintain patient wellness in the outpatient setting. Employees in this position will be expected to be proficient in multiple computer applications including Cerner, Noridian, and Caravan to verify and ensure that healthcare gaps are being addressed and preventative measures are being identified and completed to the best of their ability through communication with patients and providers.
Duties of this role include insurance verification, Cerner scheduling, communicating with outside providers/facilities to obtain patient records, and will be responsible for ensuring the most accurate patient data is obtained and that the electronic health record (EHR) is updated to reflect accurate information.
Employees will also be responsible for maintaining regulatory requirements, office/clinic policies, procedures, and standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
Medical Assistants must be certified through completion of an accredited NCCA (National Commission for Certifying Agencies) exam
Previous experience in a healthcare setting; Preferred
