Nurse Care Coordinator opportunity in beautiful Hamilton, Montana!!
Bitterroot Health is seeking candidates to fill a Nurse Care Coordinator position in our OB/GYN Clinic. This position will act as a clinic lead and will need to maintain a professional demeanor and uphold the Mission of the organization. They will be responsible for monitoring pools, providing triage, and addressing and returning patient calls in a timely manner to provide care that meets the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care for patients and/or families. Maintains regulatory requirements, nursing and office/clinic policies, procedures, and standards. Communicates with medical providers and team members about a patient’s clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Employees in this position will be expected to be able to schedule/reschedule patients, place scheduling blocks, and keep clinic schedules updated as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
BLS or higher.
For RN/LPN a Montana state license is required.
For CMA; Certification from accredited program and minimum 2 years’ experience working in clinical practice
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/weekBenefits: This position is eligible for the full-time benefit package
