Bitterroot Health is seeking candidates to fill a Rural Healthcare Outreach Coordinator position in our Medical Clinics. The Rural Health Care Outreach Coordinator provides administrative support to the clinic management team of the organization. Position is responsible for anticipating the needs of the clinic leadership team and of ensuring preparedness in all areas by administering programs, projects and or processes to support key strategies, project facilitation and prioritization, especially in those initiatives associated with value-based patient care and population health. The Rural Health Care Outreach Coordinator assists in the preparation and control of records, statistics, and reports regarding business operations and perform administrative tasks needed for the organization. Serves as a liaison with others inside and outside of the company.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Job Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Strong presentation and word processing skills
Advanced computer knowledge with ability to perform complex typing tasks efficiently and timely
Ability to understand the internal organization and established policies and procedures relative to work of the department (after a period of training)
Must have 3-5 years’ experience in the capacity of an administrative assistant, data analyst, quality coordinator, or similar
Preferred—previous experience working in a healthcare setting
