Position Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Therapist to join our team. This role is ideal for Associate-level clinicians (ASW, AMFT, APC) and licensed professionals (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) who are passionate about supporting clients through compassionate, client-centered therapy. You will manage a small caseload of clients and, if not yet licensed, have the opportunity to provide clinical supervision for associates and review clinical documentation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide individual, group, and / or family therapy sessions to a caseload of at least 15 clients per week.
• Deliver evidence-based and trauma-informed therapeutic interventions.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation for all sessions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and monitor client treatment plans.
• Engage in regular supervision and training to enhance clinical skills.
• For licensed therapists) Assist in clinical supervision of associates and review clinical documentation as needed.
