Job Description
Culture Collective Counseling (CCC) provides comprehensive mental health services consisting of individual, group, family, and couples therapy, as well as medication management provided by a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. We focus on providing care to the most vulnerable of our community by focusing on the underserved and underrepresented populations such as foster youth, communities of color and the LGBTQ community. CCC is seeking a FULL TIME licensed clinical therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) who is hardworking, dedicated, self motivated, and ethical. Clinician must have a current license with BBS, be able to provide 3 references, and proof of the aforementioned.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify mental health conditions, utilizing interviews, observations, and standardized assessments.
• Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Therapy and Counseling: Provide individual, group, couples, or family therapy sessions to address various mental health issues.
• Crisis Intervention: Respond to emergency situations, offering immediate support and intervention to stabilize clients.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors, to ensure comprehensive care.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Advocacy: Assist clients in accessing community resources and support services to enhance their well-being.
Qualifications:
• Education: A Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Psychology) from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Active and valid state licensure to practice as a clinical social worker, counselor, or psychologist, depending on the specific role.
• Experience: Clinical experience gained through supervised practice during or after the degree program. Some positions may require a minimum number of hours of supervised experience before licensure.
• Skills:

• Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Organizational and case management skills.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records.
Work Settings:
Clinician will work primarily out of either the Ontario, Riverside or San Barnardino locations 3 days a week with the option to provide tele-health services the other 2 work days.

Salary : $55 - $65
