TECHNOLOGY MANAGER, DATA ENGINEERING: ETL TESTING (full-time; multiple openings):
Bitwise Inc. seeks Technology Manager, Data Engineering: ETL Testing needed in Schaumburg, IL and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. to manage and coordinate ETL testing activities, including test planning, resource allocation, & execution. Utilize strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, practices, and principles, with a focus on ETL testing. Identify, document, and prioritize defects and issues encountered during ETL testing. Perform data validation, data integrity checks, and data reconciliation processes. Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of ETL testers. Ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Provide guidance, direction, and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Must have a Master’s Degree (or foreign equiv) in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related technical field, plus three (3) years of IT experience. In the alternative, we will accept a Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equiv) in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related technical field, plus five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate IT experience. Must have two (2) years of IT work experience with the following: designing, developing, and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts; testing tools and technology, HP QC, ALM, Jenkins, JIRA, POSTMAN, Netezza; SQL Server, Google Cloud, and GCP tools Big Query, Airflow, Dataflow, Composer. All experience may be acquired concurrently. Requires domestic travel and possible relocation as needed based on project/business needs.
The base salary range is $149,000.00 to $160,000.00 commensurate with relevant experience.
