This role needs to be based in Manila, Philippines and only applicants with work authorization in the Philippines will be considered.
What will you do?
Bixal seeks a Chief of Party (COP) for an anticipated five-year monitoring, evaluation and learning contract for the USAID/Philippines Mission. The activity will cover the Philippines, Mongolia and the Pacific Islands. The COP will provide guidance, leadership and oversight for a team of local and international monitoring, evaluation and learning professionals. The COP will represent the activity to the USAID Mission in the Philippines. A senior leader—they can provide technical oversight on all types of MEL deliverables and also manage personnel and budget. They are equally comfortable with qualitative and quantitative data and have an interest in or talent for technology. The ideal candidate is a senior performance monitoring, evaluation, and learning professional who is very familiar with the international development context in the Philippines, Mongolia and the Pacific Islands region. They are solution oriented, resourceful, engaged, and able to work closely with and advise USAID. They are a leader who wants to help improve how development is delivered and are passionate about data and learning.
Important Note:
This is a full-time proposal contingent on contract award.
