Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute a wide range of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.
- Develop and manage budgets for each event, ensuring financial responsibility and maximizing resources.
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for catering, audiovisual, décor, and transportation services.
- Create event timelines and ensure all aspects are executed according to plan.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns that arise before, during, and after events.
