Key Responsibilities

Event Setup & Teardown:
- Assist with setting up and breaking down event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, signage, and decorations.
- Ensure all equipment and materials are properly stored and accounted for.

Guest Services:
- Greet and assist attendees, providing directions and answering questions.
- Distribute event materials such as tickets, wristbands, or programs.
- Ensure a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all guests.

Event Operations:
- Support various event activities, including registration, ticketing, and crowd management.
- Monitor event areas to maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety.
- Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and escalating issues to supervisors as needed.

- Enforce event rules, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Identify and address potential safety concerns or emergencies promptly.
- Coordinate with security and other team members to manage crowd control.
