The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, able to multitask effectively and create a welcoming environment for everyone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and take messages as needed.
- Ensure that all visitors sign in and follow company security procedures.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, faxing, and data entry.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate to the appropriate person when necessary.
- Ensure the front desk operates smoothly during business hours.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the office manager or supervisor.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative or customer service training is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
