Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. As an Office Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operations of our office. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the efficient functioning of the office environment. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Organize and maintain files and records, both electronic and paper.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Conduct basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and payment processing.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office clerk, administrative assistant, or in a related role.
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, fax machines, and copiers.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
