As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. OBJECTIVES
- Identify and attract top talent for various positions across the organization, ensuring alignment with job requirements and company culture.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to extending offers and onboarding new hires.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create job descriptions, and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods such as social media, job boards, and networking to build a diverse talent pipeline.
- Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to enhance the company's employer brand and ensure a seamless experience.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.) to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of hiring processes.
- Implement consistent and effective interviewing techniques to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate flow and recruitment processes efficiently.
- Continuously enhance recruiting strategies by staying informed on the latest hiring trends, tools, and best practices in the industry.
- Provide timely follow-up to applicants and candidates, keeping them engaged and informed throughout the recruitment journey
- Lead or contribute to special projects
