Corporate Recruiter
This role requires at least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience. To be successful in this role, you should have great communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to think outside the box and propose new ways to meet or exceed organizational goals. Ultimately, you will maintain and improve our employer brand, ensuring that we attract, hire and retain associates who contribute to our organization’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the full cycle recruitment process:
- Intake process with managers
- Post and manage jobs
- Review resumes
- Source for candidates
- Partner with staffing agencies, as needed
- Conduct interviews/phone screens
- Manage the candidate process from start to finish (communicate often with status updates and always close the loop)
- Promote referrals
- Collect and communicate trends in the recruitment process (suggest changes to role, salary, sourcing/marketing efforts, etc.)
- Maintain the recruitment tracker – eventually move to ATS (ADP)
- Build a pipeline for future roles
- Work closely with hiring managers and recruiting team to define recruitment needs, plan the hiring process to meet and exceed hiring goals
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and assist with developing job descriptions for internal and external postings regularly, adjust as needed based on recruitment progress
- Source, screen and interview applicants to obtain information on relevant qualifications and skills for open positions.
- Partner with Leadership, Marketing and attend events to stay up to date on recruitment trends and recommend changes to boost recruitment efforts/needs
- Cross-collaboration across all departments to learn and understand the role, suggest changes that match the market needs, and develop a go-to-market strategy and pipeline for future needs
- Partner with staffing agencies to fill roles quickly and accurately, as needed
- Manage and promote referral bonus internally, send open positions (bi)weekly
- Maintain accurate candidate records related to staffing, recruiting, sourcing, candidate notes and trends
- Train and advise hiring managers and interviewers on interviewing techniques and best practices to stay in compliance.
- Oversee internal and external communication, making sure that our company maintains a positive reputation as an employer (for example on Glassdoor, LinkedIn and social media)
- Provide weekly Recruitment updates to HR leaders
- Perform other related duties as needed by management
Requirements
- At least 3 years of full cycle recruitment experience managing a variety of role requisitions; background in IT industry is a PLUS
- Expert with social media recruiting: LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor, as well as other job boards
- Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques
- Excellent writing skills with ability to draft job descriptions and promote open roles that attract qualified candidates
- Exceptional strategic planning, communication, and organizations skills
- Understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
Salary : $70,000 - $75,000
