As the Manager of Operations, you will be a key leader responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational activities that drive efficiency and support the seamless execution of digital marketing campaigns. OBJECTIVES
- Develop and implement operational strategies that support organizational growth and enhance efficiency
- Streamline and optimize operational processes to ensure efficient workflow and resource utilization
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of internal; projects ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and creative, to align operations with business objectives
- Manage resource allocation, including personnel and tools, to support the successful execution of projects.
- Implement quality assurance processes to maintain the highest standards in campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage strategic partnerships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring their compliance with the company’s needs and demands.
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement by refining workflows, tools, and technologies
- Troubleshoot and remove blockers for staff, improve policies, eliminate workflow bottlenecks, and boost productivity.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic objectives.
