This individual will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of commercial lines business, utilizing their skills and expertise to deliver tailored insurance solutions and build strong relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, utilizing strategic thinking to anticipate client needs, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of commercial lines business
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and issue resolution
- Utilize strategic thinking to anticipate client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in servicing commercial business
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Applied TAM software preferred
- Designations such as CIC, CRM, ARM, CPCU, or AAI are highly desirable but not required
