We seek an experienced COO/SVP Sales to partner with our CEO in driving the company's growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead sales efforts and build a high-performing sales team that consistently meets or exceeds targets.
- Develop and execute a Go-To-Market strategy to sell our HR suite to Salesforce customers.
- Identify new market opportunities and channels to accelerate growth.
- Foster strategic partnerships with consulting companies and peer software vendors.
- Collaborate with the board and investors to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
- Present operational strategy recommendations to the CEO based on market research findings.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in software executive roles, preferably with a sales background.
- Proven track record in strategic planning and business development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities.
- Experience working with HR software vendors or the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
