Client Services Associate

A well-established financial services and wealth management firm is seeking a Client Services Associate to support a Financial Advisor and provide exceptional service to their clients. This is a 100% on-site position that requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong interest in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, handling inquiries and assisting with account-related matters.
• Maintain client records and ensure accuracy and compliance with firm policies.
• Provide administrative support, including scanning and filing client documents, and processing RMDs and death claims.
• Act as a backup to the front desk, ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
• Proactively identify and resolve client issues, demonstrating a problem-solving mindset.
• Assist the marketing department with various tasks, including preparing mailers and assisting with coordinating events.
• Participate in attending industry related conferences, networking opportunities, and client events.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of administrative and client service experience in a professional office environment.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• Warm, personable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Proactive and resourceful, with a go-getter attitude.
• Strong interest in the financial services industry and a desire to grow within the field.
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and credit check.
