- Support customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring high-quality service.
- Communicate order status and sales data to internal teams.
- Process customer returns and manage new account credit applications.
- Perform general office duties such as filing and administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma required.
- Experience: 5 years in customer service within a manufacturing environment.
