Job Summary: We’re looking for a Manufacturing Process & Systems Engineer to lead Continuous Improvement and Capital Investment projects on the manufacturing floor. This role covers the entire project lifecycle—from planning to execution and stabilization. Strong communication skills are required to align stakeholders, train users, and manage change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and improve local engineering strategies and systems.
- Lead Capex and site improvement projects, integrating performance metrics.
- Support manufacturing software and hardware systems.
- Use data analytics to support project activities and automate reports.
- Implement process improvements using LEAN and Industrial Engineering methods.
- Lead system and equipment implementations, including testing, training, and documentation.
- Train operators on equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 3-5 years in engineering/automation, system integration, and project management.
- Strong knowledge of ERP and MES systems.
- Strong background in continuous improvement and data analytics.
- Ability to collaborate with teams and vendors.
- On-site work required.
