Bizy Bee Guerrilla Marketing is looking for a motivated and energetic Part-Time Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us soar to new heights. As an SDR, you'll be the driving force behind our lead generation, getting businesses excited about the unique and impactful services we offer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Buzzing Outreach: Proactively identify and engage potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and other outreach methods.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales team to showcase the buzz we can create for their business.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities and interactions in our Pipedrive CRM system.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Follow-Up: Keep the buzz going with leads generated through our marketing campaigns and events.
- Meet Targets: Aim for the sky with daily and weekly lead generation and appointment-setting targets:
- 3-4 hours per day expected
- 40-50 phone calls per day
- 1 booked lead per day
- 5 booked leads per week or 20 per month minimum
- Propsecting and adding leads
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a buzzing team.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
Compensation:
- Commission: $50 for every booked meeting where the client shows up and qualifies as a lead or moves into negotiations started pipeline
- Profit Sharing: 5% of every deal closed
