We are looking for a Seasonal part time to full time Office Administrator. They will undertake typical administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and organized. The office administrator maintains office records, manages incoming calls and assist owner with projects. Social media skills a plus. Background with Commercial and Residential Service oriented businesses a plus.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Manage communications with with Customers.
- Manage agendas/schedules/appointments etc. for the owner.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Support bookkeeping procedures for off site bookkeeping company.
- Maintain records and databases for personnel, financial and other records.
- Submit monthly reports and assist with customer estimates.
Skills
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Willing to learning new industry specific CRM software tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and office management software
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
