Job Description : We are seeking an organized and proactive Assistant Event Coordinator to join our team in Santa Ana, CA. In this role, you will assist with the planning and execution of events that highlight BizzLinkText's innovative services and foster strong client relationships.
Location : Santa Ana, CA
Salary range : $ 45,000 - $55,000 annually
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with the Event Coordinator to plan and execute events, including trade shows, client meetings, and company functions.
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and service providers to ensure all event logistics are in place.
Assist with creating and distributing event materials, including invitations, schedules, and signage.
Maintain detailed timelines and track event deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
Provide on-site support during events, handling registration, setup, and attendee inquiries.
Organize post-event evaluations, including gathering feedback and preparing summary reports.
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management or Communications.
Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
