Key Responsibilities :
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally.
Assist customers with basic questions about Bizzetta’s services and processes.
Update and maintain customer information in our database accurately.
Escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed.
Support the customer service team in daily tasks, including scheduling and follow-ups.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
