Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Universal Termite Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and treating termite infestations, along with delivering excellent customer service. As a Universal Termite Technician, you will be expected to handle various termite treatment methods and provide professional pest control solutions to residential and commercial clients.
Duties
- Conduct thorough termite inspections in residential and commercial properties.
- Identify termite species, infestation levels, and damage to determine the appropriate treatment plan.
- Apply chemical and non-chemical termite treatments, including liquid treatments, baits, and fumigation.
- Use specialized equipment for termite control, including drills, sprayers, and foamers.
- Prepare detailed reports on findings and recommend treatments and preventative measures to clients.
- Perform follow-up inspections and treatments to ensure the effectiveness of termite control solutions.
- Communicate with clients to explain services, answer questions, and provide education on termite prevention.
- Adhere to safety guidelines, environmental regulations, and company policies in all operations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, chemicals used, and treatment plans.
- Provide exceptional customer service, fostering trust and long-term relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- Valid state pest control license or certification for termite treatment (not required).
- Experience with termite control methods, such as baiting systems, liquid treatments, and wood repair (preferred).
- Strong understanding of different termite species and their behaviors.
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as crawling, lifting, and working in tight spaces.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
