Bug Busters is seeking a dependable, hard working pest control technician in the Woodstock area and close areas, who will help us continue to provide exceptional service while growing our brand. To be a successful Universal Technician you must be motivated, energetic, and creative, with outstanding communication skills. Experienced and licensed a plus.
Pay: $17/hr based on experience
Schedule: M-F 8 am - 5 pm (must be flexible to work earlier/later as needed)

Pest Control Technician Responsibilities and Duties include,
Perform inspections for termites, and other wood destroying organisms.
Determine, recommend, and provide required termite/WDO elimination services.
Inform customers on how to reduce termite/WDO pressures through proper sanitation, storage, landscaping, and moisture control. Perform inspections for termites, and other wood destroying organisms.
Perform inspections for pests, pest harborages, and pest entry ways.
Determine, recommend, and provide required pest management services.
Inform customers on how to reduce pest pressures through proper sanitation, storage, and landscaping. Prepare written reports for customers, and explain services provided when possible.
Operate and maintain service vehicle, and other service equipment per government, and company guidelines.
Utilize, secure, and store products and materials in strict accordance with labels, and government and company guidelines.
Explain and sell company services to new and existing customers.
Document service activities as required, and complete and submit paperwork as directed.
Maintain licenses, certifications, and/or registrations as required, and participate in company training as directed.
Ensure required equipment, products, and materials are on service vehicle to perform scheduled services.
· To carry out any additional tasks as requested by the direct manager for the success of its operation and personal performance.
Others:
· Compensation: Base salary, Commissions (if applicable), health, dental, paid time off, paid holidays, retirement savings, Life and AD&D Insurance.
· Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
· Experience: Minimum 2 to Maximum 5 years' work experience, with 3 years in the same position
Pest Control Technician Minimum Qualifications:
- Possess valid driver’s license for at least 5 years
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing exams
- Previous experience in the pest control field is a plus but not required.
- Ability to pass drug screen and physical performance evaluation
