Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze supply chain data and metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, logistics, and inventory teams to ensure smooth operations and alignment with company goals.
- Develop and maintain supply chain models, forecasts, and reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor supplier performance, assess risks, and recommend strategies to improve vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve supply chain issues promptly.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of supply chain processes.
- Evaluate and enhance inventory management practices to reduce waste and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve' supply chain operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in supply chain analysis or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, Tableau, or Power BI).
- Knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory management, and logistics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
