BJC is hiring for a Group Product Manager. This is a remote position. We are looking for applicants with a strong Product Manager backgroud and leadership experience. This person will be managing a small team.

Role Purpose
The Group Product Manager will be responsible for defining and delivering the strategy for a group of products that support a consistent, intuitive and high-quality experience for our patients and care teams across all interaction points including multiple digital channels. They will drive overall product strategy to align with overarching BJC initiatives ensuring the greatest value is delivered. Part of this role will include aggregating, evaluating, and pursuing specific capability/product requests that is received from the organization related to the group of products. They hold end-to-end responsibility for a given group of products, manage a robust request and opportunity with the Product Leadership team with a mission to shape and implement solutions that transform clinician and patient experiences, effectively manage multi-disciplinary squad to meet desired OKRs and business outcomes. The Group Product Manager role is a critical role for ensuring an area of focus successfully delivers value to the business.
