Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient panels, providing or arranging for inpatient hospital care as needed.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and care teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
- Document medical histories and physicals in patient records.
- Provide or arrange call coverage for clinic patients and inpatients.
- Teach and mentor APPs, support staff, and other care team members.
