About the Role
\As an Ambulatory Nurse in Cardiology, you will provide high-quality patient care to identified patients in a collaborative environment.
\You will assess and evaluate patient needs, ensuring clinical protocols and patient assessment guidelines are followed. This includes supporting providers in documenting patient assessment and treatment protocols, providing patient education, and taking initiative to problem solve.
\With a focus on delivering exceptional outcomes and patient care, you will work closely with experienced physicians and caring staff specializing in superior diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of cardiovascular diseases.
\Responsibilities and Requirements

- Provides direct patient care to identified patients, collaborating with providers and care teams to assess, develop, and implement a plan of care for high-quality, cost-effective care. \
- Assesses and evaluates patient needs, ensuring clinical protocols and patient assessment guidelines are followed. \

- Minimum requirements include a nursing diploma/associate's degree, 2-5 years of experience, and Basic Life Support certification. \
- Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in nursing and 5-10 years of experience. \
