BJC is hiring for a Business Analyst in Oncology. This will be supporting the Siteman Cancer Center. Ideal background in Radiation Oncology, hospital billing, and finance. This is a remote position. (Must be located in MO or IL).

Role Purpose
Uses analytical and quantitative methods to provide data analysis, reporting, issue tracking/management, and other analysis to support all areas within Siteman, not limited to Revenue Management, Grant Management, Operations, and Finance. The Sr. Analyst will lead the annual budget process for Siteman as well be the SME for various functions such as capital purchases, budgets to actual variances, cost center management, project and contract management. This role will include a diverse range of duties and responsibilities that span across the operational and research needs of the organization.
