Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized dishroom, including washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and equipment
- Load, run, and unload the dish machine to ensure efficient cleaning and sanitation of dishes
- Ensure all dishes, utensils, and containers are properly stored and maintained
- Assist with food preparation and production tasks as needed
