Position Summary : Assists in developing, maintaining, and providing support for BJU Press education technology content
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Builds and places digital content onto the online platforms - an emphasis on building Power Point presentations to match our books
- Maintains Ed Tech content for the online platform including 1) correcting and / or reuploading missing or erroneous files, 2) renaming files and reorganizing course repositories
- Assist the Education Technology Supervisor in finding, classifying, organizing, and filing Ed Tech content for use on a variety of media platforms. Edit and refine raw material as necessary to prepare products for BJU Press customers as directed by supervisors
- Assist in design and in testing of new technologies
- Actively participate in developing the latest organizational systems for managing the Ed Tech content of BJU Press
- Evaluate and make corrections to the online content
- Assist in other projects as assigned by Lead Coordinating Senior Manager
- Stay current in educational trends in technology
