POSITION SUMMARY : Provides technical support (primarily desktop support) for the creation of BJU Press video course / digital resources content.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Maintains studio and location production equipment / systems / processes
- Coordinate support with 3rd party entities as needed (BJU IT, Marshall Graphics Systems, etc.)
- Stays current on new and innovative products in the audio and video recording industry
- Assist Technical Support Manager with special projects as needed
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES :
