POSITION SUMMARY: Assist Program Management Office (PMO) personnel execute project charters. Assist PMO staff with administrative and back office duties.
POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist PMO staff by fulfilling administrative assistant duties in the office and meetings
- Communicate with other teams both orally and written about projects
- Organize and maintain a schedule
- Interface with project sponsors and stakeholders
- Document meeting notes and customer requirements
- Other duties as assigned
JOB SKILLS EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Experience with MS Project and OneNote a plus but not required
- Strong writing skills
- Good verbal communication
- Willingness to learn
