Job Title: Credentialing Assistant
Location: Multi-site with some on-site required
Position Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $14.50 - $23.00 (depending on qualifications)
Are you detail-oriented and passionate about maintaining high standards in credentialing and compliance? Project Hope Foundation is seeking a Credentialing Assistant to support our team in ensuring our personnel's seamless credentialing and re-credentialing, with a special focus on Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
As South Carolina’s largest ABA-based autism service provider, we are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of individuals with autism. This role is vital in maintaining compliance with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), state and federal regulations, and internal policies to uphold our commitment to quality services.

What We’re Looking For
- Education & Certification: High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, human resources, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in credentialing, compliance, or administrative support (ABA or healthcare preferred).
- Experience & Skills:
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.
- Proficiency with credentialing databases, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
