Position Summary
BK Corrosion’s West Virgina branch is seeking an organized, self-motivated, Inside Sales Representative to provide general support to our customers and staff, in a full-time position. You will be an essential part of our team, providing support to various departments, so a positive attitude and attention to detail is a must.

Position Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and provide assistance when necessary.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Enter quotes and process customer orders in person or over the phone.
- Conduct yourself in the presence of customers to present the core values at BK Corrosion
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and other shipments and faxes.
- Receive incoming telephone calls and in-person visitors, provides assistance, and directs them to the appropriate office or person.
Qualifications
Education and / or Experience
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
No certifications are required however having a Notary is a plus
