As an RBT, youll be at the heart of making a difference in the lives of individuals with autism.. Youll be working directly with clients to implement ABA strategies, all while building meaningful relationships, helping them learn new skills, and celebrating those small (and big!) wins.
What Youll Do:
- Get creative: Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with the support of our BCBA superheroes.
- Make a difference: Provide one-on-one therapy to kids and adults, helping them reach their goals and celebrate every success.
- Track progress like a pro: Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress (become the data collection wizard you were meant to be).
- Teamwork makes the dream work: Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and teammates to keep improving clients lives.
- Have fun! Build rapport, create fun and engaging learning environments, and help clients grow their social, communication, and life skills.
- Stay awesome: Participate in training and development to sharpen your skills (because we believe in constant growth).
What Were Looking For:
- 40 Hour RBT certification required.
- Experience with ABA? Awesome. If not, well train you to be a rockstar.
- A high school diploma is needed; a degree in psychology, education, or a related field is a bonus.
- Love for working with kids and/or adults with developmental disabilities.
- An attitude of fun, positivity, and compassion.
- Team player who knows how to celebrate the little wins (we believe every step counts!).
- Reliable and ready to rolltransportation might be needed depending on your assignment.
