Behavior Technician (Free Training) - Greenleaf

We’re on the lookout for a passionate, energetic, and fun-loving Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our awesome team! If you’re someone who loves working with kids, helping others, and getting creative while making a lasting impact, we want YOU!

As an RBT, you’ll be at the heart of making a difference in the lives of individuals with autism.. You’ll be working directly with clients to implement ABA strategies, all while building meaningful relationships, helping them learn new skills, and celebrating those small (and big!) wins.

What You’ll Do:

• Get creative: Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with the support of our BCBA superheroes.
• Make a difference: Provide one-on-one therapy to kids and adults, helping them reach their goals and celebrate every success.
• Track progress like a pro: Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress (become the data collection wizard you were meant to be).
• Teamwork makes the dream work: Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and teammates to keep improving clients’ lives.
• Have fun! Build rapport, create fun and engaging learning environments, and help clients grow their social, communication, and life skills.
• Stay awesome: Participate in training and development to sharpen your skills (because we believe in constant growth).

What We’re Looking For:

• 40 Hour RBT certification required.
• Experience with ABA? Awesome. If not, we’ll train you to be a rockstar.
• A high school diploma is needed; a degree in psychology, education, or a related field is a bonus.
• Love for working with kids and/or adults with developmental disabilities.
• An attitude of fun, positivity, and compassion.
• Team player who knows how to celebrate the little wins (we believe every step counts!).
• Reliable and ready to roll—transportation might be needed depending on your assignment.
