Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 9 AM - 5 PM; Friday 9 AM - 1 PM
Job Summary:
The Director of Compliance is a vital leadership role responsible for ensuring all documentation submitted to insurance carriers meets the highest quality standards and complies fully with clinical and insurance regulations. This position oversees a team of Quality Assurance Specialists, working closely to ensure the success of the department and maintain the company's regulatory and clinical compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Support:
- Provide comprehensive support to the Quality Assurance team.
- Set clear goals for team members, equip them with necessary resources, and motivate them to achieve objectives and professional growth.
- Conduct regular check-ins with Quality Assurance Specialists, providing feedback and fostering continuous development.
- Train new team members and ensure they are prepared for their roles.

Quality Assurance Oversight:
- Review session notes to ensure accuracy and resolve exceptions before payroll deadlines.
- Oversee the review and submission of materials for Medical Record Requests and audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Complete monthly scorecards to assess team performance and ensure alignment with expectations.

Collaboration & Process Improvement:
- Work closely with the Chief Clinical Officer to enhance QA practices, optimize system utilization, and foster strong relationships with providers.
- Participate in team meetings, integrate feedback, and make suggestions for department improvements.

Regulatory Compliance & Ethics:
- Adhere to all company policies, uphold ethical and professional standards, maintain client confidentiality, and ensure HIPAA compliance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal laws related to case management provision.
Requirements:

Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience related to documentation and insurance requirements.
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in a Social Sciences field preferred.
- Experience in management with proficiency in supervision, documentation, organization, and tracking skills.
- Strong attention to detail, decision-making ability, and multitasking capabilities.
- Positive attitude, excellent written and oral communication skills, and aptitude for following directives.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
