Job Duties:
- Plan and coordinate content creation directives for the Company.
- Assist with social media engagement.
- Assist with website implementation and streamlining.
- Assist with creating virtual tours and unit pictures.
- Assist with Community outreach initiatives and other marketing initiatives.
- Assist with ongoing brand recognition initiatives.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and emails in a timely fashion.
- Complete all required paperwork and administrative duties as required.
- Establish relationships with owners and vendors and follow up with potential clients.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous experience in content creation required.
- The ability to work well without close supervision.
- Ability to give a presentation.
- High attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication.
- Highly motivated, professional, and punctual.
- Previous AppFolio experience preferred.
- Previous Photoshop, Premier, Illustrator, Canva, experience highly preferred.
