Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leads the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Provides guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve organizational goals.
- Analyzes data and metrics to inform HR decisions and improve business performance.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date records and files.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent, five to eight years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Working knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the organization's value proposition.
- Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
- Able to champion new ideas, manage change, and execute on action plans.
- Experience in all HR concentration areas such as benefits; compensation; workforce planning and employment; employee relations; occupational health, safety and security; strategic management; employee development; and training.
