We are seeking a driven, hands-on, and ambitious individual to join us as an Entry-Level Construction Management Assistant. What You'll Be DoingProject Management & Field Operations
- Assist project managers in scheduling, tracking progress, and managing project documentation.
- Work directly with field crews to coordinate labor, materials, and subcontractors.
- Perform hands-on work as needed, including delivering materials, assisting crews onsite, and contributing to actual labor when required.
- Support and improve workflow efficiency, leveraging industry-leading tools and technology to enhance productivity.
Estimating & Business Development
- Help prepare bid packages, conduct quantity takeoffs, and assist in cost estimating.
- Support client outreach, tracking bid opportunities, and building key industry relationships.
- Assist in proposal preparation and marketing efforts to position our company as an industry leader.
Marketing & Social Media
- Manage and develop content for our social media platforms, website, and marketing materials.
- Document project progress through photos, videos, and case studies.
- Use creative strategies and industry-leading tools to enhance our brand, attract talent, and showcase our expertise.
Accounting & Administrative Support
- Assist with project accounting, invoice tracking, and financial reporting.
- Help manage contracts, compliance documents, and administrative functions.
- Support payroll, expense tracking, and streamlining business operations.
Human Resources & Hiring
- Assist in recruitment efforts, job postings, and screening candidates.
- Support onboarding, training, and fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
- Implement systems to attract, retain, and develop top industry talent.

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
