Black Bear Tavern in Colebrook, NH, is looking for a full-time Front Of House Manager to join our culinary team and help us create memorable dining experiences. In this full-time restaurant role, you'll be the go-to person between the owner and the team, helping everything run smoothly.

YOUR ROLE
As a Front Of House Manager, you'll start by reviewing reservations and planning the setup for the bar and dining room. Before we open, you'll gather the team for a quick meeting to set the tone for the shift. Throughout the day, you'll greet guests, manage schedules, keep an eye on the budget, and look for ways to improve our service. You'll also meet with the owner each day to share any updates or challenges and discuss ways to make things better. As the night wraps up, you'll make sure everything is in place and lock up with pride, knowing you helped create a great experience for every guest. You'll wear many hats and help out where needed!
YOUR SCHEDULE
You'll work a flexible schedule in the evenings and on weekends, with Mondays and Tuesdays off to recharge. This schedule allows you to be there when the action is happening, making sure our guests have a great time.
REQUIREMENTS FOR A FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER
- 2 years of restaurant experience
- Previous bartending experience
- New Hampshire ServSafe and Liquor Commission certifications
