Job Summary :
We are seeking a Contracts Management Specialist to provide management and oversight of contract acquisitions throughout all phases of the project life cycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, control, and close-out. This role involves supporting pre-award and post-award contract activities, market research, cost and schedule tracking, and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee contract acquisition activities across all phases of the project life cycle.
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, updating, and coordinating pre-award and post-award contract documents and requirements packages.
- Conduct market research and develop comprehensive Market Research Reports .
- Support, assist, implement, and report on cost, schedule, and performance measures using the Program Execution Module (PEM) tool .
- Assist in developing Performance Work Statements (PWS), Statements of Work (SOW), and Statements of Objective (SOO) .
