Contract Professional / Contracts Management / Contracts Specialist :
Location (preferred) Ashburn VA or Hidden Ridge Irving TX.
Hybrid schedule 2 days a week in the office most likely to align with schedule Tuesday / Thursday or Tuesday / Wednesday.
7 Plus years of experience.
- Accelerate the development of contracts, amendments, and SOWs
- Draft, revise and edit contractual documents
- Monitor contract renewals and other key contract milestones
- Resolve contract compliance issues
- Identify issues and coordinate resolutions with transactions internal negotiation team
- Understand business requirements, legal provisions, and Corporate Policies
- Review and interpret Sourcing and Corporate Policy requirements
- Take responsibility for consultation on and escalation of contractual terms and conditions to Senior Management, including provision of current and potential legal and business issues and / or risks
