Your sharp eye for strong design and your obsession over the details will enable you to hit the ground running. Job Responsibilities:
- Creating compelling and effective campaign relevant design across social advertising, website assets, and digital campaigns.
- Maintaining consistency across the brand in accordance with the company-wide standards.
- Ensuring graphic deliverable across digital, print, and retail are on-brand, within budget, and meet deadlines.
- Collaborating closely with relevant team members to create dynamic content through various mediums (digital, retail, social, print, video, etc).
- Creatively conceptualizing and executing projects efficiently while multi-tasking and managing priorities in both digital and print.
- Developing digital assets for social media, digital advertising, and company website.
- Providing photo direction and work closely with our photo editor in order to create assets that best align with our campaigns.
- Keeping up to date with outdoor mountain culture and current trends in the design, creative, and outdoor industries.
Requirements
Who You Are:
- You have 3 years of full-time graphic design or creative experience.
- You have an ever-growing tool belt. You have extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and can efficiently create mock-ups, web designs, social media assets, and print-ready files. You also have solid skills in design, layout, typography, photo editing, and creative principles for digital and print.
- You can juggle the details. You’re able to manage project logistics and you have a strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure with careful attention to detail -- while still creating beautiful work.
- You’re an excellent communicator. You have a gift for absorbing and adapting designs with creative critique, and an ability to collaborate closely with the Creative Team.
- You stay up-to-date with industry leading software and technologies including Adobe Suite and social media platforms.
- You’re an adaptable self-starter. You flourish in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment. You can go with the flow and you don’t let hiccups upset you. You don’t take life too seriously
