Duties and Responsibilities
Proactively Market and grow BOXX Modular by routinely closing smaller modular building projects & transactional leasing business within the assigned territory Identify target accounts, develop specific business and marketing plans within the assigned territory, and execute those plans. Take the lead in the preparation of quotes in accordance with Company pricing, policy, credit, and payment requirements. Cultivate customer relationships and maintain an accurate database using Salesforce. Meet with customers and attend site visits on a regular basis. Keep abreast of competition and report on known activities. Always represent the Company in an ethical and professional manner. Accurately and timely log all daily sales, leads, contract documentation, and any other relative files for all opportunities within Salesforce and other Company resources. Salesforce / CRM experience is highly preferred. Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any issues. Participate in events such as seminars, trade shows and other marketing events as approved by the Company. Routine and strategic travel within assigned territory to manage customer relationships, which could include extended overnight trips and out of state travel. Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. Other duties as required. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a heavy focus on integrity. Construction Sales experience (leasing single-wide and double-wide modular office / classroom buildings). Proven experience with business development and consultative selling. Must possess the ability to handle multiple projects while seeking new opportunities. Knowledge of building codes and accessibility codes is preferred. Ability to flourish in a fast-paced, ever-changing atmosphere with high-energy people. Be results-oriented.
