Black Fox Lodge, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton Hotel, is seeking a friendly and energetic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests each morning by ensuring a clean, well-stocked, and inviting breakfast area. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys early mornings, engaging with guests, and maintaining a positive and efficient dining environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet, ensuring food items are fresh, appealing, and properly stocked.
- Greet guests warmly and assist with any questions or special requests.
- Monitor food and beverage inventory, replenishing items as needed to ensure continuous service.
- Maintain cleanliness in the breakfast area, including wiping tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring all food safety standards are met.
- Assist in kitchen prep and cleaning duties as needed.
- Handle guest concerns or requests in a professional and friendly manner, escalating issues to management if necessary.
- Follow all hotel safety and sanitation policies.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs. for extended periods.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
