Summary

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team at Black Hawk Waste Disposal. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with clients in Black Hawk County, Fayette County, Bremer County, and Buchanan County. Your contributions will be vital in helping us maintain our reputation for outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and identify potential clients through various channels.
• Conduct direct sales presentations to promote our waste disposal services.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
• Manage existing accounts and build strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain physical and electronic customer documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
• Strong lead generation skills with a track record of success in direct sales.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
